Breathing Techniques

Human body mental as well as physical growth are depending upon your breathing process. There are Four types of breathing in humans include "eupnea, hypernea, diaphragmatic and coastal breathing". Each have slightly different processes.

The most effective way of breathing is take deep breathe through nose and moves to the stomach, the belly expands and your lungs fill with air. As it pulls down on the lungs, creating nagative pressure in the chest, air flowing into your lungs.

For any muscle growth or any recovery you have to completely control on your breath. Yoga and exercises are could get a better result when it done by proper breathing techniques. In every step of yoga position with a best breathing process you can get 100% benefit of your yoga and exercise.



During this COVID-19 Situation, yoga and exercises are widely use for improving immune system. Proper breathing make your lungs healthy and also lungs are refine our blood. All the toxic impurities are comeout when we exhale. 

Daily take 10 minutes for your breathing and do some yoga and exercises for healthy and strong body as well as mind.
